Seedha is an AI companion designed to remember context, follow up over time, and provide more natural conversations.

To do that, Seedha stores certain information you share during onboarding, daily check-ins, chats, and follow-ups.

The goal is continuity — so you don't have to repeat yourself every time.

When you sign in using Google, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier.

Seedha also stores information you voluntarily share, including onboarding responses, daily check-ins, chat messages, preferences, and feedback.

To provide continuity, Seedha generates contextual memory data such as recurring patterns, conversation summaries, follow-ups, and ongoing topics.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, app version, IP address, crash logs, notification tokens, and usage diagnostics.

We use your information to operate Seedha, personalize conversations, maintain continuity, generate follow-ups, improve AI quality and safety, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information or conversation data to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not use your conversations for advertising personalization.

To generate responses and maintain conversational continuity, limited conversation data may be securely processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers.

This processing may include message generation, summarization, memory updates, pattern extraction, and contextual response generation.

Seedha currently uses infrastructure providers including OpenRouter and related AI model providers.

If notifications are enabled, Seedha may send reminders, check-in prompts, and contextual follow-ups based on previous interactions.

You can disable notifications anytime through your device settings.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, authenticated access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and abuse prevention systems.

Data transmitted between your device and Seedha is encrypted in transit.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain conversational continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability.

Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.

You control what information you choose to share with Seedha.

Please avoid sharing sensitive information you are not comfortable storing digitally.

You may stop using Seedha at any time, disable notifications, request deletion of your account, or request access to your stored data.

Seedha is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Seedha is not a medical, psychiatric, crisis-response, or healthcare service.

Seedha does not provide professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Seedha may rely on third-party providers such as Google, Firebase, MongoDB, and OpenRouter for infrastructure, authentication, analytics, notifications, and AI processing.

These third-party services maintain their own privacy policies and practices.

Depending on infrastructure providers and hosting services, your information may be processed or stored in countries outside your own.

By using Seedha, you consent to such transfers where legally permitted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we may notify users through the app or other appropriate channels.

Continued use of Seedha after updates means you accept the revised policy.
